**Job Description**

Your key responsibilities will be handling daily process, such as:

- You will support the (key) Account Management team in handling various administrative operational tasks
- You will answer customer questions via e-mail
- You arrange all matters related to the purchase process and transport of vehicles
- You actively work on improving processes
- Crosscheck activities between original documents and stored documents.

**Qualifications**

Qualifications

- You need to have a fluent English B2-C1;
- You need to have a good knowledge of the MS Office package;
- You work meticulously, quickly and efficiently
- You can work independently and structure your day
- You are process-oriented and communicative

The place of work will be at the headquarters of AUTO1 Albania, Rruga Dritan Hoxha, Laprake and the shifts provide a total of 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.
