Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

**About the Role**

We’re looking for a
**Junior Publisher Account Manager**
with a background in
**journalism, media, or digital publishing**
to help manage and grow relationships with our publisher partners.

You’ll play a key role in supporting content monetization, optimizing performance, and ensuring our partners achieve the best results from our platform.

**Responsibilities**

·      Manage and grow relationships with digital publishers and media partners.

·      Support onboarding and setup of our content recommendation platform.

·      Track traffic and revenue performance and suggest improvements.

·      Work with editorial and tech teams to optimize results.

·      Identify new growth opportunities and ensure partner satisfaction.

**Requirements**

- 1–2 years of experience in digital media, journalism, or account management.
- Understanding of online publishing, content strategy, or digital advertising.
- Analytical mindset and familiarity with Excel / Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Albanian.
- A proactive, relationship-driven person who loves media, storytelling, and digital growth.
