looking for a motivated
**Sales Junior**
to join an international team in a fully remote position.

This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone eager to grow in the affiliate marketing and sales field while working in an international environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

● Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with affiliates, ensuring consistent communication and support.

● Collaborate with senior team members to recruit and onboard new affiliates.

● Monitor daily traffic and performance metrics to identify trends and optimization opportunities.

● Support weekly performance reviews and help prepare feedback for affiliates.

● Assist in managing CAPs and lead statuses to drive ROI.

● Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.

● Handle affiliate and client inquiries promptly and professionally.

**Qualifications:**

● Proven experience in sales, customer service, or marketing (mandatory).

● Fluent English, both written and verbal (mandatory).

● Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

● Self-driven, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.

● Academic background in marketing, business, or a related field is an advantage.
