Logistic Officer

Sales Department in Titan Albania is looking for a
**Logistic Officer**
! This is a Plant based role, responsible for ensuring smooth running of processes during the shifts, as well as processing incoming materials.


**Responsibilities / Përgjegjësitë**

- Coordinate with security to ensure smooth access, parking, and dispatch operations.
- Work in shifts to provide 24/7 logistics coverage.
- Register drivers and manage truck flow in TSI, including follow-up until invoicing at exit.
- Reassign deliveries when required after truck entry.
- Issue and manage RFID tags for drivers.
- Monitor cement stock and communicate operational issues to Sales Administration.
- Maintain and update truck, driver, and transporter data in SAP and TSI systems.
- Print loading orders for packed cement and execute sales, delivery, and invoicing processes.
- Ensure invoices are properly fiscalized and use S-Connect when required.
- Process purchase orders for inbound raw materials via TSI.
- Ensure accurate weighing, documentation, and net weight calculation of inbound materials.
- Coordinate with Production and Sales Administration to resolve receiving issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.

**Qualifications / Kualifikimet**

- University degree.
- Proficiency in SAP.
- Sales operations.
- Experience with TSI / LEON systems.
- Good command of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Proficient use of Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
- Strong communication skills.
- Familiarity with S-Connect.
- Basic printing and document handling skills.
