**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site Manager role located at the headquarters in Skopje, Macedonia. The Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage teams, and ensure the efficient flow of operations. Responsibilities include coordinating with suppliers, monitoring inventory, supervising production processes, and implementing strategic decisions to meet company goals. The Manager will also focus on optimising workflows, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

**Qualifications**

**Only for applicants that have at least 5 years experience as sales manages in food distribution sector**

- Leadership and Team Management: Ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams effectively.
- Operations and Production: Proficiency in managing production processes, inventory control, and workflow optimisation.
- Communication and Client Relations: Strong verbal and written communication skills, and experience building relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strategic Thinking: Proficient in implementing business strategies, setting goals, and driving organisation growth.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with trading and production industries such as food manufacturing, pastry, or baking is a plus.
- Education and Experience: A relevant degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Proven managerial experience is required.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and decision-making skills to address challenges and take informed actions.
- Adaptability: Ability to work on-site and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Macedonian is highly recommended.
