Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven
**Marketing Manager**
to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives that drive company growth and strengthen our market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive marketing strategies, managing a dynamic team, overseeing campaigns across multiple channels, and analyzing performance to ensure continuous improvement and competitive positioning.

**Responsibilities**

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to grow the company and its services in the market.
- Coordinate marketing activities, including promotion, advertising, digital marketing, etc.
- Plan and manage the marketing budget.
- Create and manage relationships with advertising agencies and other marketing partners.
- Conduct continuous market and consumer analysis for similar products and services.
- Develop and monitor the performance of products and services in the market, including competitor analysis.
- Supervise and manage the marketing team.
- Analyze marketing performance and provide detailed reporting.
- Develop and train marketing staff to enhance their professional skills, including performance management, clear goal setting, and developing strategies to achieve them.

**Qualifications**

- Completed studies in Marketing, Business Management, or Communication Sciences.
- At least 5 years of work experience in marketing, in a leadership role.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical and managerial skills.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and platforms.
