**Role Description**
As a full-time, on-site Marketing Specialist based in Tirana, Albania, you will plan and execute marketing initiatives that promote NARRATIVA’s platform and services. You will conduct market research to understand audience segments, competitive offerings, and market trends, and translate these insights into actionable marketing strategies and campaigns. On a day-to-day basis, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop messaging, support sales efforts, and coordinate promotional activities across digital channels and events. You will also monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and adjust tactics to improve engagement and conversion. Providing responsive, professional communication to prospects, customers, and internal stakeholders will be an important part of your role.

**Qualifications**

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing Strategy, including audience analysis, positioning, and campaign planning.
- Experience supporting Sales activities, such as lead nurturing, sales enablement materials, and promotional initiatives.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and channels (e.g., social media, email campaigns, analytics platforms).
- Ability to analyze data, interpret performance metrics, and present clear recommendations.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Albanian and/or additional languages is an advantage.
