**The candidate**

- Have a strong understanding of
**design principles**
and can create visuals from scratch
- Are passionate about
**video, motion, and new video formats**
- Think beyond the script—focusing on
**micro-animations, sound design, eye-catching effects, and flow**
- Have experience creating
**video ads**
, especially for social media
- Understand what a
**social media video production setup**
looks like

- Have experience with
**3D**

**Key Responsibilities & Requirements**

- Minimum
**2 years of experience**
in motion design
- Strong proficiency in
**Adobe Creative Cloud**
(After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Solid understanding of
**animation principles**
(timing, weight, strong poses)
- Excellent
**motion design, video editing, and visual design**
skills
- A highly creative mindset with a constant flow of ideas
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong knowledge of
**composition, color, branding, layout, and typography**
(static & animated)
- Ability to clearly
**present, explain, and defend**
creative ideas
- A comprehensive
**portfolio**
showcasing both motion and static work
- Strong
**time management**
skills and ability to meet deadlines
- **Fluency in written and spoken English**
