**Role Description**

This full-time hybrid role as an Ocean Transportation Specialist is based in Tirana, with an option for partial remote work. The specialist will manage daily coordination of ocean freight logistics, handle import and export shipments, ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulations, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the shipping process. The role also requires effective coordination with freight forwarding teams and client communication to ensure timely and efficient transportation.

**Qualifications**

- Knowledge and experience in Freight Transportation and Freight Forwarding
- Strong proficiency in Import and Export processes, including documentation and compliance
- Excellent Customer Service skills to maintain professional communication and client satisfaction
- Ability to manage logistics for various transportation types, including FCL, LCL, and other freight services
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in industry-related software and tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in a logistics or transportation role is advantageous
