**Role Description**
This is a full-time, on-site role as an Office Assistant based in Tirana. The Office Assistant will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, maintain office organization, answer phone calls, provide support for daily operations, and ensure smooth communication across departments. Additional responsibilities include managing office equipment, assisting with clerical duties, and fostering a professional and welcoming environment.
**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication abilities
- Experience operating and maintaining Office Equipment
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Adaptability and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with basic computer applications and office software
- Previous experience in office environments, while not required, is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory; higher education is a plus
