Our DevOps & Support Practice is expanding and is hiring an
**Operational Support Analyst – Level 2**
who will be responsible for supporting client data operations and ensuring the smooth and reliable functionality of integrated systems.
Become part of a team of accomplished professionals who collaborate with leading global clients and contribute to shaping the future of technology through innovative and impactful solutions.
**what you'll do:**
- Ensure 24/7 client support;
- Manage client data operations;
- Resolve support tickets within defined SLAs;
- Troubleshoot data and system-related issues;
- Maintain data accuracy and quality;
- Monitor system performance and identify anomalies;
- Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency;
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service continuity.
**Who are you:**
- English proficiency (written and verbal);
- Experience with integration platforms (e.g., SnapLogic, MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar iPaaS tools);
- Solid knowledge of relational databases and SQL for data validation and troubleshooting;
- Knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs, including authentication methods (OAuth, Basic Auth, tokens);
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot integration failures, logs, and error messages;
- Familiarity with JSON, XML, and CSV data formats and transformations;
- Knowledge of programming languages (JavaScript, Java);
- Solid Knowledge in Windows servers, Linux Servers, Docker;
- Understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data mapping concepts;
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and provide quick resolution to production issues;
- Version control experience (Git) and understanding of deployment/release processes;
- Experience with ticketing and monitoring tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Splunk, Grafana or similar).
