Operations Manager

**Job Title: Operations Manager**

**On-site/Remote: Albania & Kosovo**

**Schedule: Monday – Friday | 15:00 – 23:00**

**Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Operations Manager to oversee and improve day-to-day business operations. This is a critical role that requires someone exceptionally strong in problem-solving, operational strategy, and communication with U.S.-based partners, particularly auto insurance companies.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Manage and optimize daily operations to ensure efficiency and scalability
- Negotiate and communicate directly with U.S.-based auto insurance companies
- Identify operational pain points and proactively design and implement solutions
- Analyze workflows, processes, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with leadership to improve systems, policies, and operational structure
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency across operational processes
- Act as a key decision-maker in resolving operational challenges quickly and effectively

**Required Skills & Qualifications**

- Proven experience in an Operations Manager or similar senior operational role
- Strong negotiation skills, particularly with U.S. clients or partners
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and sound business judgment
- Highly adaptable, resourceful, and “street-smart” in navigating complex situations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent / near-native English proficiency is required
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail

**Tools & Systems**

- G Suite (Docs, Gmail, Calendar)
- Google Sheets (advanced level preferred)
- Comfortable learning and optimizing additional tools as needed
