**About the Role**

We are looking for a Product Owner with strong communication skills and a passion for building impactful digital products. In this role, you will drive product strategy, discovery, and delivery across multiple initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, scalable, and user-centric solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Drive product strategy, discovery, and delivery across several impactful initiatives.
- Lead product delivery for internal digital platforms, ensuring secure, scalable, and user-friendly solutions.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, and business stakeholders to define product roadmaps and align priorities.
- Translate complex business and technical requirements into clear, actionable user stories and features.
- Facilitate discovery workshops to identify user needs and optimize workflows.
- Define, communicate, and maintain the product vision in alignment with business goals and regulatory constraints.
- Create and maintain data-informed product roadmaps, balancing business value, user needs, and technical feasibility.
- Manage cross-team dependencies and ensure smooth collaboration between backend, frontend, and design teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for product-related decisions and clarifications.

**Requirements**

- At least 2 years of experience in a Product Owner role.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a user-focused mindset.
- Experience translating complex requirements into clear product backlog items.
