**Role Description**

This is a full-time production engineer role based on-site in Durrës. The Production Engineer will oversee production processes, ensure adherence to quality control standards, and implement effective production planning strategies. The engineer will collaborate with teams to analyze workflows, identify areas of improvement, and ensure operational efficiency. The role also requires maintaining clear communication between departments and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes.

- Advanced Analytical Skills to assess and optimize production processes
- Knowledge of Quality Control procedures and best practices

- Educational background in engineering or a related field
- Familiarity with modern production technologies and industry software is a plus
