to join our manufacturing site in

**What you’ll do**

- Lead and coordinate production line teams
- Ensure efficiency, quality, and on-time execution of production activities
- Guarantee correct setup and safe operation of machinery and tools
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving with the Manufacturing Manager
- Analyze production data to boost performance
- Collaborate with the Quality team to manage non-conformities and secure product standards
- Contribute to team development together with Manufacturing and HR

**What we’re looking for**

- Experience in manual and semi-automatic assembly processes
- Strong mechanical and basic maintenance knowledge
- Familiarity with JIT methodologies (5S, One Piece Flow, Kanban)
- Ability to read production KPIs and quality metrics
- Skills in machine setup and safe start-up
- English required; Italian is an advantage
