**About Us**

We are
**Up Albania**
, a growing Albanian tour operator focused on authentic, sustainable, and experience-based travel. As our tours expand, we are looking to collaborate with professional and passionate tour guides to join our network.

**What You’ll Do**

As a Tour Guide with Up Albania, you will:

- Lead private and shared group tours for different group sizes, ranging from 2 up to 50 guests (average group size 10–15 people)
- Guide cultural, nature, hiking, and adventure tours across Albania
- Deliver engaging storytelling and high-quality guest experiences
- Coordinate with drivers and our operations team
- Ensure guest safety, smooth logistics, and overall tour flow
- Represent Up Albania professionally on the ground

**Who You Are**

We’re looking for guides who:

- Are
**licensed tour guides**
in Albania
- Guide tours in one of the following languages:
**English, German, French, Italian, or Spanish**
. Additional languages are a plus.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills
- Are honest, reliable, and well-organized
- Bring humor, positive energy, and a genuine passion for hosting people
- Have good knowledge of Albanian culture, history, nature, and outdoor activities
