We are looking for a skilled and motivated
**Project Manager**

to oversee and manage projects for our clients in the
**Utilities**

**Government,**

and
**Private Corporate sectors**

. The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of software development, implementation, and support services, ensuring client satisfaction and aligning with project objectives. You will work closely with both internal teams and clients to manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables while ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements, particularly in sensitive government projects.

**Key Responsibilities**

:

- Lead and manage end-to-end projects for clients across
**Utilities,**
Government, and Private Corporate sectors.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards, client requirements, and deadlines.
- Manage the project lifecycle from initiation, planning through execution and delivery, including scope, resources, and budget management.
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and managing client expectations.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, provide progress reports, and proactively identify risks and issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, QA, support, UX, etc.) to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.
- Monitor project performance, conduct quality reviews, and apply corrective actions where necessary.
- Ensure projects comply with security protocols, especially when dealing with government or classified information.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and client communications.
- Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement of project management processes and client engagement.

**Qualifications**

:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Project Management within the software development, utilities, government, or corporate sectors.
- Strong understanding of project management methodology Agile.
- Experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and delivering results on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is a plus.
- **Certification for Security Clearance from the Information Authority for Classified Information**
is required for government projects.
- Knowledge of utilities sector regulations and processes is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.

**Desired Skills**

:

- Previous experience in managing government or utilities projects.
- Experience with the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with compliance standards and best practices in the utilities and government sectors.
