Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic
**Project Manager**
to lead and oversee the development of one of Crazy Labs' games. This role involves managing projects and tasks in detail, following up on progress, running tight timelines, coordinating between various teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of all milestones. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and a passion for innovative and creative projects. A curiosity for emerging technologies, including AI, and a mindset for improving processes through automation is mandatory.

**As a Project Manager you will:**

- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including schedules, resources, and milestones.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (design, development, art, QA, data) to ensure project goals are met.
- Leverage AI tools and automation opportunities to improve workflows, team productivity, and project efficiency.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and manage expectations.
- Ensure that all deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
- Lead regular team meetings to align on goals and track progress.
- Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making processes within the team.

**Project Manager role requires:**

- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the gaming industry or a related field.
- Strong understanding of game development processes and workflows.
- Curiosity and openness toward using AI tools and automation to improve processes and productivity.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
