**Role Description**
This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Tirana, Albania. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of real estate and construction projects, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and external partners, monitoring project progress, managing resources, and resolving issues that may impact scope, schedule, or cost. The role involves preparing project documentation and reports, tracking milestones, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company procedures. The Project Manager will also support procurement and expediting activities, conduct site visits and inspections, and contribute to continuous improvement in project management practices.

**Qualifications**

- Strong project management skills, including experience in planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.
- Experience with expediting and expeditor functions, including tracking orders, following up with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
- Knowledge of expediting processes and logistics management to support efficient supply chain and site operations.
- Experience with inspection activities, site monitoring, and quality control across construction or development projects.
- Relevant academic background in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office; familiarity with construction or real estate software is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in Albanian and good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in real estate development, construction, or investment projects in Albania or the region is preferred. Coordinates all engineering disciplines from conceptual layout to final validation-grade drawings. Manages the project deadline and ensures coordination between civil, mechanical, and electrical layouts. Acts as the primary technical interface for the Investor and institutional bodies (MIE, AKBN, AZHT).
