Project Manager

Bulls Vision Group is growing, and we’re looking for a proactive, execution-driven
**Project Manager**
who can turn strategic goals into real results. If you’re energized by cross-functional collaboration, operational excellence, and leveraging AI to optimize workflows, this role is for you.

**About the Role:**

- Translate strategic goals into actionable tasks and ensure smooth execution across all departments.
- Collaborate with Sales, CS, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Operations to keep workflows running efficiently.
- Define KPIs, maintain operational data, generate reports, and monitor performance.
- Use AI tools and automation to optimize workflows and improve efficiency.

**You Are:**

- Someone who gets things done — no task too small or too big.
- Adaptable, fast-learning, and strong at problem-solving.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Great at collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Technically oriented with strong self-learning abilities.

**Requirements:**

- 1- 5 years of experience
- Strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and strong technical orientation.
- Comfortable coordinating between multiple teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English.
