**Role Overview:**
We are looking for a Project Manager to lead cross-country IT Billing projects, drive harmonization and transformation initiatives, and oversee operational reporting and KPI tracking to support data-driven decision-making across multiple countries.
**Role insights:**
- Lead and coordinate cross-country and cross-OpCo projects across the Billing Delivery Center, driving transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Drive harmonization, standardization, and reuse of billing processes, solutions, reporting practices, and KPIs across multiple markets.
- Own the end-to-end monthly operational reporting cycle, ensuring accurate KPI tracking, transparency, and actionable management insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Billing DC, OpCos, IT, and business teams to align priorities, governance, and strategic objectives.
- Identify synergies, best practices, and optimization opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and support data-driven decision-making.
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment and decision-making across diverse countries, cultures, and technical environments.
