We are looking for an experienced
**Project Manager**
with a strong background in
**SAP projects**
, capable of managing complex scenarios across different business sectors, with
**solid hands-on experience in S/4HANA environments**

You will join a highly regarded team of Project Managers and will be supported by a broad community of professionals—not only in SAP—who bring proven, successful project experience. You will work daily with high-profile clients, recognized for the importance and value of their projects.

You will be involved in a wide range of project types, including
**Greenfield implementations, S/4HANA migrations, carve-outs, roll-outs**
, and other complex initiatives, both
**in Italy and internationally**
. You will support and guide clients toward their business goals using the most innovative technologies and methodological approaches.

**Key Responsibilities**

- As a Project Manager, you will lead one or more projects, coordinating multiple teams and working closely with clients and internal business units to plan and address project requirements.
- You will have full accountability for project delivery, including internal and third-party resource planning, operational results, timeline adherence, profitability, and compliance.
- You will continuously develop and maintain strong technical expertise, while actively strengthening the soft skills required for the role.
- You will demonstrate leadership and operational autonomy, effectively managing project issues and relational dynamics within a complex, challenging, and structured organizational environment.

**Required Skills & Experience**

- Proven experience in
**SAP projects**
, with at least
**4 years of experience**
and participation in
**at least two medium-to-high complexity projects**
.
- Solid experience in
**S/4HANA project management**
, with
**at least two projects**
delivered in a
**lead role**
.
- Ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels, adapting communication style as needed.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- **SAP certifications**
are considered a strong plus, especially certifications related to
**project management methodologies and S/4HANA**
.
- **Fluent Italian**
and
**excellent English**
(minimum
**B2 level**
).
