**Role Description**

We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager Scrum Master for a full-time, on-site role in Tirana. This role involves overseeing project planning and execution, monitoring timelines, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards. The Project Manager Scrum Master will facilitate team communication, implement Agile and Scrum practices, coordinate logistics, and ensure smooth workflow processes. The role requires active collaboration with stakeholders to drive projects and achieve organizational goals efficiently.

**Qualifications**

- Experience with Project Management, planning, and time management to meet project goals effectively.
- Proficiency in Expediting and Expeditor duties to ensure timely delivery of project components.
- Knowledge of Logistics Management, including supply chain and coordination tasks, to maintain operational flow.
- Familiarity with Inspection processes to oversee quality assurance and ensure compliance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage teams and stakeholder expectations.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and solve problems effectively under tight deadlines.
- Experience in Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field is preferred.
