To strengthen our procurement department, we are looking for a:

**Purchaser**

**ROLE**

• Create a collaborative environment between SICPA and suppliers through efficient Supplier Relationship Management

• Ensure a good understanding of internal customers’ needs

• Organize supplier biddings, RFQs and evaluate results

• Create, maintain and update the article database, Vendor Master Data and purchasing information in SAP

• Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP, ensuring on‑time delivery

• Maintain and improve BI reports. Prepare procurement operational KPIs and reports

• Coordinate closely with internal departments (production, engineering, finance, quality, supply chain)

**PROFILE**

• Commercial or technical education with 1–3 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain

• Good experience working with SAP (MM modules)

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams

• Fluent in English; French or German is a plus
