**Quality Manager**

**What you’ll do**

- Oversee production quality and ensure compliance with company and customer standards
- Manage non‑conformities and lead root cause analysis (8D, 5Why, Ishikawa)
- Define and update quality documentation and work instructions
- Analyze KPIs (PPM, scrap, rework) and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead and support the Quality team in corrective and preventive actions



**What you bring**

- Solid knowledge of
**IATF 16949**
- Experience with
**SPC, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, 8D**
- Familiarity with process and product audits
- Understanding of automotive assembly processes
- Strong analytical skills (ERP systems, advanced Excel, statistical tools like Minitab/JMP)
- Problem‑solving mindset and team leadership skills
