**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tirana, Albania, for a Real Estate Agent. The Real Estate Agent will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include identifying client needs, conducting property tours, negotiating contracts, and staying updated on market trends. The agent will work closely with clients to provide guidance and support throughout the transaction process.

**Qualifications**

- A valid Real Estate License demonstrating compliance with local regulations
- Proven expertise in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
- Strong Customer Service and Sales skills to effectively assist and negotiate with clients
- Familiarity with the Tirana real estate market and local regulations is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
