Real Estate Underwriter

We are looking for a Real Estate Underwriter with strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills to join our growing team. This is a fully remote role, but candidates must be able to work within U.S. time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

\* Underwrite residential and/or commercial real estate investment opportunities

\* Build and maintain detailed financial models for acquisitions and development deals

\* Analyze deal assumptions, risks, and returns

\* Support the acquisitions team with fast and accurate deal analysis

\* Improve underwriting processes using Excel macros, VBA, or Google Apps Script

Required Qualifications

\* Experience in real estate underwriting or financial analysis

\* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (financial modeling, complex formulas)

\* Experience with Excel Macros / VBA and/or Google Apps Script

\* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

\* Excellent attention to detail

Preferred

\* Experience underwriting real estate investments in the U.S. market

\* Background in real estate private equity, development, or lending

\* Ability to build or automate underwriting tools
