**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role located in Skopje. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various roles within the company, with a focus on fostering a positive candidate experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating job postings, conducting interviews, collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, and maintaining candidate databases. Additionally, you will provide regular updates to hiring teams and ensure timely hiring processes.
