We are looking for a Recruiter to join our HR team! If you are passionate about talent acquisition, skilled in sourcing, and confident in managing recruitment cycles independently, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
●Manage
the full recruitment cycle: job postings, CV screening, interviews, and candidate follow-up
.
●Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and
define ideal candidate profiles.
● Write and post clear and effective job descriptions across various platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, internal channels)
●
Source candidates
through multiple channels: job boards, social media, referrals, and proactive
headhunting.
●
Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment status reports.
● Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
● Support the onboarding process of new employees to ensure a smooth transition.
● Participate and be part of HR tasks and projects, proposing improvements when needed.
Requirements:
●Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR (agency or in-house).
●Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related fields (preferred).
●Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
●Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple roles at the same time.
●Good knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
●C1 English level required (written & spoken).
●Proactive, resourceful, and eager to develop professionally.
