**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiter, based in Radoviš. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates to meet the staffing needs of the organization. Daily tasks include developing and posting job descriptions, conducting interviews, collaborating with hiring managers, and managing the hiring process from start to finish. Additionally, the Recruiter will contribute to enhancing recruitment strategies and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates by leveraging various sourcing tools and platforms.


**Qualifications**


- Strong skills in candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing
- Proficiency in managing recruitment pipelines and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop recruitment strategies and create job descriptions
- Proven organizational and time management skills to handle multiple recruitment processes efficiently
- Familiarity with employment laws and hiring best practices
- Prior experience in the transportation or logistics industry is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
