Recruitment Analyst (Balkans)

WEglobal is looking for International Projects Recruitment Analyst to be recruited in WEglobal offices.

**Skills and Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in social or administrative sciences
- Postgraduate degree in the related disciplines will be an asset
- At least 2 years of professional working experience in the fields of donor funded project management consultancy and/or expert recruitment will be asset.
- Familiarity with the European Commission and other donors will be asset.
- Full computer (Microsoft Office products) and internet literacy;
- Fluency in both oral and written communication in English is an asset;
- Ability to integrate quickly into existing teams;
- Good communication and analytical skills;
- Ability to work to tight deadlines, often under pressure;
- Ability to demonstrate an innovative and flexible approach to problem solving and possess the ability to work through problems in an analytical way;
- Highly self-motivated to work in a challenging environment and have a flexible approach to working hours;

**Recruitment Analyst will be responsible for:**

- Recruiting experts for projects financed by the European Commission, DfID and other donors etc. for different regions of the world including Europe, Africa, Asia, former USSR,
- Negotiating financial and other project related conditions with the experts;
- Preparing CVs and relevant documentation to be presented for the evaluation;
- Developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards;
- Evaluation and optimization of on-going business processes and systems of the company;
- Closely cooperating and building new relationship with experts, partner companies and other stakeholders.
