Remote Sales Specialist (Italian Speaker)

Mavidenta is a medical tourism platform based in Istanbul, specializing in connecting international patients with high-quality dental care providers.

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Remote Sales Specialist (Italian Speaker) to join Mavidenta’s team.

This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional who is comfortable managing patient communications remotely and guiding international clients through their dental treatment journey.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Manage leads from international patients interested in dental treatments in Türkiye.
- Communicate with prospective patients via phone, messaging platforms, and email.
- Provide clear, accurate information about dental procedures, treatment plans, pricing, and travel-related details.
- Build trust and maintain strong relationships with patients throughout the sales and pre-treatment process.
- Follow up with leads consistently to maximize conversion rates.
- Coordinate with internal teams (medical coordinators, clinics, operations) to ensure smooth patient handling.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress within the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

**Qualifications & Experience**

- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is required. Applications without relevant sales or customer service experience will not be considered. (Experience in Medical Tourism or Real Estate is a strong advantage).
- Fluent in the Italian language with an Excellent level of English.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to confidently handle client communications and close deals.
- Strong organizational skills and a results-oriented mindset.
