We are looking for a 
**Senior SEO Specialist**
 to join our client’s remote team. In this role, you will plan, execute, and optimize SEO strategies to improve website visibility, search engine rankings, and organic traffic. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide strategic recommendations, and leverage analytics tools to drive measurable business results. This position is ideal for a results-driven professional with proven SEO experience and a passion for enhancing online presence.

**Roles and Responsibilities**

- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals to maximize organic traffic and conversions.
- Optimize website content, including titles, meta descriptions, headings, and overall on-page structure.
- Conduct keyword research to identify target terms and opportunities for content optimization.
- Implement off-page SEO strategies such as link building and social media promotion to improve domain authority.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search, and SEMrush.
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve site structure, content, and technical SEO.
- Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and other team members to ensure full SEO compliance across platforms.
- Optimize Google Business Profiles to increase visibility, engagement, and local search performance.
- Stay current with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
- Contribute to client discussions and strategic planning to support marketing initiatives and business growth.
- Maintain content schedules for websites, blogs, and other digital platforms.
- Assist with other marketing tasks as needed to support team objectives.

**Job Requirements**

- 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years specializing in SEO.
- Proficiency in SEO tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Search, SEMrush, and similar.
- Strong experience with WordPress content management and website optimization.
- Knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
- Ability to analyze website analytics, generate reports, and track SEO performance metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience providing professional recommendations.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working collaboratively with teams, providing constructive feedback, and supporting cross-functional initiatives.
- Familiarity with creative tools such as Photoshop, Canva, or similar is a plus.
- Post-secondary degree or equivalent is preferred.

**Working Hours**

- 9 AM - 5 PM EST

**Location**

- Remote (North Macedonia, Albania, Kosovo, Bosnia and Herzegovina)
