The
**HubSpot RevOps Expert**
will own and optimize our revenue operations across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. This role will be responsible for designing scalable processes, ensuring clean and reliable data, and making HubSpot work as a single source of truth for the entire revenue lifecycle.
The
**HubSpot RevOps Expert**
is both strategic and hands on, understands how revenue teams operate, and can translate business needs into effective HubSpot solutions.
**Areas of Accountability**
**HubSpot Ownership & Optimization**
- Own the overall HubSpot architecture including Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, and Operations Hub
- Configure and maintain pipelines, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, custom properties, and objects
- Ensure data integrity, governance, and consistent usage across teams
- Build and maintain automations, workflows, and integrations
**Revenue Operations & Process Design**
- Design and document end to end revenue processes from lead to close to renewal
- Align Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success processes and reporting
- Identify friction points and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and revenue predictability
- Support forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue attribution
**Reporting & Analytics**
- Build dashboards and reports for leadership and revenue teams
- Track KPIs such as funnel conversion rates, sales velocity, retention, and churn
- Ensure reporting accuracy and actionable insights
**Enablement & Stakeholder Support**
- Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership
- Train teams on HubSpot best practices and new processes
- Act as the go to HubSpot and RevOps expert for the organization
- Systems & Integrations
- Manage integrations with tools such as CRM enrichments, marketing tools, finance systems, or support platforms
- Work with internal or external stakeholders on system enhancements and implementations
**Core Competencies & Must-Haves**
- 3+ years of hands on experience managing HubSpot in a RevOps, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops role
- Strong understanding of revenue operations across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
- Proven experience building workflows, automations, dashboards, and custom reports in HubSpot
- Strong analytical skills with attention to data quality and detail
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable system solutions
- HubSpot certifications (Admin, Operations Hub, Sales Hub, or Marketing Hub)
- Experience in a B2B services or SaaS environment
- Experience working with cross functional and remote teams
- Familiarity with forecasting models and revenue attribution
