### The Challenge Ahead

Over the last few years, CloudTalk has evolved from a click-to-call widget into an advanced **AI-powered business communication solution**, growing from 5 to 150 employees globally, and serving 5,000 customers.

As we’re on a journey towards 100m ARR, we’re seeking a Copywriter to join a 20-person marketing team filled with top talent and make an immediate impact. You’ll create high-quality, compelling content that drives results, shapes our brand, and keeps us on our upward trajectory.

### Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for a **results-oriented** copywriter who thrives in a **fast-paced SaaS** startup environment. Our ideal candidate combines strong writing skills with **analytical** thinking, leveraging **AI tools and automation** to produce high-quality content that drives engagement and growth.

### What you will work on:

- **AI-assisted content creation**: Use AI tools to co-write human-like, high-performing copy optimized for traditional SEO, Google AI Overviews, and large language models (LLMs).
- **Automation-first workflows**: Work efficiently with automated processes — from generating SEO outlines to publishing finalized pages — ensuring maximum output without sacrificing quality.
- **Data-driven optimization**: Leverage analytics, keyword data, and search insights to refine messaging, improve ranking performance, and increase content velocity.
- **Cross-functional collaboration**: Partner with web developers, product marketing, and design teams to align content production with company OKRs and campaign goals.

- **Have B2B SaaS Writing Experience**: You’ve worked in SaaS or a tech-driven space, and you’re familiar with how to communicate complex ideas to a business audience in a simple and engaging way.
- **Love Technology & Innovation**: You like to stay close to what’s happening in tech and have a solid toolbox that helps you work smarter every day. You understand how AI, automation, and communication tools shape the way businesses grow today.
- **Operate with High Efficiency**: You thrive in a fast-moving, results-oriented environment where speed and precision matter. You’re able to manage multiple content streams while maintaining consistent quality and tone.
- Have a Growth Mindset: You’re always learning and looking for ways to improve. You’re comfortable giving and receiving candid feedback and eager to bring fresh ideas to the table.
- **Are an SEO Enthusiast:** You understand the importance of SEO and know how to craft content that ranks well. Your writing balances optimization with natural, reader-first storytelling.
- **Know Your Way Around CMS**: Familiarity with content management systems like WordPress will help you hit the ground running.
- **Have a Team Player Attitude**: You’re comfortable collaborating with various stakeholders, from Sales to Design, and enjoy working as part of a cross-functional team.
- **Communicate Flawlessly in English**: You’re fluent in English, with excellent writing and editing skills, and have a deep understanding of how to tailor your message to different audiences.
