**Position:**
Onsite SaaS Sales Renewals Specialist

**Location:**
Tirana, Albania

**Work Schedule:**
Monday – Friday | 08:00 – 17:00

**Salary:**
~120,000 ALL gross (negotiable based on experience)

**Role Overview:**

We are looking for a skilled
**SaaS Sales Renewals Specialist**
with
**experience in Big4 firms**
to manage renewals of existing client contracts, maintain strong business relationships, and drive continued growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage the full lifecycle of
**SaaS contract renewals**
.
- Maintain regular communication with clients in English.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments.
- Build and sustain professional relationships with existing clients.
- Support sales processes and handle related documentation.

**Requirements:**

- Previous work experience in a
**Big4 firm**
.
- University degree in
**Economics or related field**
preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- **Onsite presence in Tirana required**
– remote applications will not be considered.
