**Skopje Office - Hybrid**
.

- **Safety Compliance Officer details:**

**🔍 What You’ll Do:**

As a Safety Compliance Officer, you’ll help us maintain industry-leading safety standards by ensuring full compliance with U.S. DOT, FMCSA, and internal protocols.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Inspect and maintain driver qualification files and vehicle documentation

- Monitor Hours of Service (HOS), telematics data, and driver compliance alerts

- Manage IFTA, insurance, permits, and registration renewals

- Respond to accidents, perform investigations, and ensure proper follow-up

- Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and document findings

- Implement and update internal safety policies and procedures

- Oversee drug and alcohol testing compliance

- Maintain communication with U.S.-based drivers and dispatch

- Prepare for FMCSA or internal audits and ensure regulatory readiness

- Handle PCS systems (Drivers, Units, Trailers)

**✅ Requirements:**

- Minimum 2 years of safety/compliance experience in a U.S.-based trucking company

- Strong knowledge of DOT & FMCSA regulations

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

- Excellent organizational and decision-making skills

- High attention to detail and ability to handle pressure

- Fluent English (verbal and written)

**🕒 Working Hours (MK Time):**

- Option 1: 14:00–22:00 | Monday to Friday

- Option 2: 15:00–23:00 | Monday to Friday
