**Sales Agent – HORECA**
to join our commercial team.

As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of HORECA clients, ensuring product availability, executing sales strategies, and representing the company professionally in the market.

**What You’ll Do:**

- Manage and develop relationships with HORECA clients (hotels, restaurants, cafés, bars).
- Visit clients regularly according to assigned routes and sales plans.
- Promote, sell, and distribute company products in line with sales targets.
- Take orders, follow up on deliveries, and ensure correct product placement.
- Monitor stock levels at customer locations and recommend replenishment.
- Execute promotions, pricing strategies, and in-market activities.
- Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer needs.
- Ensure proper documentation of sales, invoices, and collections.
- Resolve customer issues and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Report daily/weekly sales activities and results to the Sales Supervisor.

**What We’re Looking For:**

- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in HORECA, FMCG, or distribution.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Good knowledge of the local HORECA market.
- Ability to manage routes, priorities, and time effectively.
- Basic proficiency in Excel and sales reporting tools.
- Valid driving license and willingness to work in the field.
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and integrity.
