**Qualifications**

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
- Proven Sales and Sales Management skills for achieving targets and driving revenue growth
- Experience in Training and mentoring team members to improve performance and productivity
- Proficiency in time management, organization, and problem-solving
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Experience or knowledge in the local market is a plus
