**Certified Webflow Partner Studio**
, we design scalable digital ecosystems where innovative mindset meets technology.
We are expanding our
**Business Development team**
and looking for a
**Sales Development Representative**
who can
**own the entire sales cycle — from first outreach to deal closing.**
This role focuses specifically on
**selling Formed IT services to startups, scale-ups, and innovative companies globally.**
**What We're Looking For**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or Tech Sales
- Experience selling digital services, SaaS, software development, or tech solutions is highly valued
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable managing full-cycle B2B sales processes
- Self-driven and entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong interest in technology, startups, and digital products
**Compensation**
- Commission-based structure
- Project-based incentives
- High earning potential depending on deal size
Formed IT projects typically involve
**high-value digital product development**
, creating strong commission opportunities for successful deals.
