**Turn Hotel Conversations Into Revenue-Driving Partnerships**

As a
**Sales Executive**
, you will manage the full sales cycle for hospitality clients across US and European markets. You will conduct consultative outreach with hotel leaders, run live audit sessions to uncover revenue opportunities, and close deals that help hotels improve pet policies, guest satisfaction, and overall revenue performance.

**Your Daily Tasks**

- Cold Outreach: Execute high-volume outbound calling to Hotel Managers and General Managers using provided lead lists.
- The Audit Session: Conduct video/call presentations using the TrustPaws proprietary tool. Walk managers through their hotel's current status, identifying specific issues and opportunities for improvement.
- Value Selling: Clearly articulate the value proposition, focusing on increased bookings, reduced liability, and improved guest satisfaction.
- Closing: Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close deals during the call or through immediate follow-ups.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, audit sessions, and deal stages within the CRM system.

**The Qualifications We Seek**

- Experience:
**Minimum 2-3 years of B2B sales experience is required,**
including
**cold calling and closing deals via phone or Zoom.**
- Consultative Approach: Ability to confidently guide prospects through audit sessions, identify issues in their current processes, and motivate them toward solutions.
- Rapport Building: Strong communication skills and the ability to build immediate rapport with hospitality professionals.
- Language:
**Native or C2-level English fluency is required. Additional European languages are an advantage for the EU team.**
- Tech Savvy: Ability to quickly learn and demonstrate
**proprietary software**
during live sales calls.
