As a
**Sales Engineer / Sales Solution Specialist**
, you'll collaborate closely with the sales team to demonstrate the value of innovative real estate technology solutions. From discovery to Proof of Concept (POC), you'll bridge the gap between client needs and technical capabilities, showcasing the platform's power to solve real-world challenges.

**Your Daily Tasks**
- Support the sales team during discovery, demo, and POC phases with product knowledge and technical insights
- Run tailored POCs to showcase the platform's value and real-world application
- Lead product demonstrations that align client pain points with platform solutions
- Partner with sales executives to craft strategic approaches for complex opportunities
- Serve as a technical liaison between sales, product, and customer success teams
- Help identify client needs and relay those insights to inform product development
- Gather and analyze competitive intelligence to improve sales messaging and demos
- Contribute to event planning, onboarding, and marketing support as needed
**The Qualifications We Seek**
- **1-3 years of experience**
in
**sales engineering, pre-sales, technical account management,**
or a similar client-facing role
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proactive and self-motivated, comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience delivering software demos or implementations-especially for B2B SaaS platforms
- Confidence in communicating with senior stakeholders in finance or asset management
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and diligent with follow-ups
- **Strong proficiency with Excel**
- **Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot is a plus**
- Interest or background in
**commercial real estate (CRE) or finance is highly desirable**
**Job Overview**
Employment type: Full-time (Indefinite)
Shift: Day Shift (10 AM - 6 PM MK Time)
Work setup: WFH or Hybrid
