We’re expanding our team and looking for a
**motivated, client‑focused Business Client Advisor**
who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys building long‑term relationships with business clients.
**What you’ll do:**
- Identify and acquire new business clients through proactive outreach, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Lead meetings with business owners and decision‑makers, presenting tailored financial solutions.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive commercial proposals and negotiate terms to close new business.
- Act as a trusted advisor by analyzing client financials and recommending products that support growth and working‑capital needs.
- Manage your sales pipeline, track performance, and share market insights with senior management.
- Represent the bank at industry events and business forums to strengthen our presence and generate new opportunities.
**What you bring:**
- At least 2 years of sales experience, ideally within the banking or financial services industry
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- A professional, client‑centric mindset
- Drive to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets
