**Role Description**

This is a hybrid contract role based in Tirana, with some remote work options available, for a Salesforce Consultant. The Salesforce Consultant will be responsible for providing expert consulting on Salesforce implementations, performing business analysis to understand client needs, and configuring Salesforce solutions. Daily responsibilities also include managing Salesforce deployments, ensuring client satisfaction, troubleshooting issues, and providing training on Salesforce features and functionality.

**Qualifications**

- Strong expertise in Salesforce.com Administration and Development, including configuration, customization, and integrations
- Proven experience in Consulting and Business Analysis to align Salesforce solutions with client requirements
- Excellent Analytical Skills for problem-solving and providing data-driven solutions
- Detail-oriented with good communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multicultural teams
- Salesforce Certification(s) such as Salesforce Administrator or Developer are highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
