🔧 Responsibilities

• Configure and customize the Salesforce platform based on business requirements

• Develop workflows, validation rules, and automation processes

• Support integration of Salesforce with other systems and applications

• Collaborate with business teams to gather and translate requirements into solutions

• Optimize CRM processes to improve efficiency and user experience

• Maintain data integrity, reporting, and dashboards

🎯 Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce CRM

• Strong experience in Salesforce configuration and administration

• Knowledge of Apex, Lightning Components, and APIs is a plus

• Experience with Salesforce integrations

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good communication skills in English

⭐ Nice to Have

• Salesforce Certifications (Administrator / Platform Developer)

• Experience working with international clients

• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum environments
