**Role Description**

We are seeking a full-time Sales Associate to join our Rinascimento team at our store located in Tirana, Albania. This is an on-site role where the Sales Associate will provide exceptional customer service, assist clients in choosing products, handle transactions, and ensure the store is well-organized and visually appealing. Additional responsibilities include building customer relationships, maintaining product knowledge, and delivering a luxury retail experience aligned with the Rinascimento brand.

- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of sales techniques, product presentation, and upselling
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Passion for fashion and awareness of the latest industry trends
- Proficiency in English or other languages is a plus
- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
