We are seeking a talented and motivated
**SAP Analytics Cloud Developer**
to join our team in a long-term, permanent role.

The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, excellent communication skills in
**Italian**
, and a
**mandatory STEM degree**
(Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics).

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing SAC dashboards, planning models, and data-driven solutions to support strategic decision-making across the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Design and develop analytical dashboards, reports, and planning applications in
**SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)**
.
- Model datasets, build complex calculations, and optimize performance for high-impact analytical use cases.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions.
- Integrate SAC with SAP BW, S/4HANA, and other data sources as needed.
- Support testing, documentation, and continuous enhancements of SAC solutions.
- Ensure best practices in analytics development, usability, and data visualization.

🛠️
**Required Skills & Experience**

- Solid hands-on experience in
**SAP Analytics Cloud**
(story design, planning, modeling, calculations).
- Strong understanding of data modeling, analytics logic, and KPI frameworks.
- Experience with SAP BW, S/4HANA, or related SAP analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and spoken
**Italian**
(mandatory).
- **STEM degree is required**
(Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business teams.

**⭐Nice-to-Have**

- Experience in SAP BPC, BW/4HANA, or SAP Datasphere.
- Knowledge of predictive analytics or scripting (e.g., Python for analytics).
- Previous experience in enterprise BI or digital transformation projects.
