**Tasks**

- Job network monitoring
- Interface monitoring
- Archive monitoring
- Monitoring of print jobs
- Monitoring system performance
- Control iDocs
- Scheduling NAF jobs
- Importing and creating certificates
- Job registration/deregistration and SST setup as part of Changes
- Order changes to the daily schedule
- Carrying out extinguishing runs
- Update documentation
- Testing/acceptance of technical changes
- Analysis/cleaning of the file system, table entries and logs
- User management: Creating, modifying, and deleting user accounts.
- System configuration: Setting up company settings, preferences, and master data.
- Security management: Assigning roles and permissions to users, ensuring data integrity.
- Data management: Importing, exporting, and maintaining data integrity within the system.

**Requirements**

- German language skills are a must for this role.
- Completed IT University Degree or related subjects
- At least 1 year of experience working in SAP environment
- Motivated, dynamic and willing to go above and beyond
- Skills in working with distributed teams
- Fluency in English
- Possibility to work with shifts or outside normal working hours
