**SEM Specialist (Based in Tirana)**

**We are looking for a Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Specialist**
, based in Tirana, who will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid search campaigns, conducting keyword research, analyzing web analytics, and implementing digital marketing strategies. This role involves working closely with the marketing team to align paid search strategies with broader marketing objectives, while ensuring the effective use of marketing budgets.

**Requirements:**

- Proficiency in English and Italian (minimum B2 level).
- Strong communication and management skills.
- High motivation and desire for professional growth.
- Full-time availability:
- Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 (1-hour lunch break),
- and Saturday from 09:00 to 13:00.

**We offer:**

- A regular employment contract with social security contributions fully paid by the company.
- Base salary + performance bonuses up to 70,000 ALL net.
