**Role Description**

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Data Analyst Senior Expert/Senior Expert Credit Risk Modeler located in Tirana, Albania, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Data Analyst Senior Expert /
Senior Expert Credit Risk Modeler
will be responsible for analyzing data, developing credit risk data models, and using advanced statistical analysis to provide actionable insights. Daily tasks will include data mining, data cleaning, and collaboration with various teams to communicate findings and support decision-making processes. The role involves leveraging analytical skills to drive data-driven strategies and enhance overall business performance. Responsible for development of credit risk models such as PD model and its scorecards (application and Behavior), LGD models and IFRS 9 models. Regular communication with RBI validation owner and HO methodology team. Follow up regulatory requirements for IRB model initial and re-development.

**Qualifications**

- Analytical Skills and Data Analytics experience
- Proficiency in Statistics
- Expertise in Credit Risk Models
- Strong Communication skills to present findings effectively
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and Python/R, SAS, Databricks/Apex
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Informatics, IT technology, Statistics, Math engineering or related field
- Experience in the banking sector is an advantage
